Driver Service Bureau reports intermittent software issues at stations
Driver Service Bureau said in a Facebook post that some of its stations are occasionally experiencing intermittent software issues that can cause temporary interruptions in service.
The bureau said service typically returns to normal once an update is processed and that no Driver Service Bureau stations are closed. The agency asked for the public’s patience and understanding as it works through the problems.
The Driver Service Bureau handles driver licensing and other motor vehicle-related services for members of the public. Temporary technology problems at service centers can produce delays for customers seeking renewals, tests or other in-person services, particularly during busy periods.
