Street Ball Camp canceled today over water issues

Organizers canceled Street Ball Camp for today because of ongoing water issues, they said in a Facebook post. The post said activities will resume Friday at 4 p.m. as scheduled.

The Facebook message apologized for any inconvenience and said organizers appreciate participants’ understanding.

Street Ball Camp is a community recreational program that runs organized activities for participants. Cancellations affect those who planned to attend and can disrupt schedules for families and volunteers who support local programming.

Water-service problems can pose safety and sanitation concerns that prompt organizers to pause events until conditions are resolved. Organizers did not provide additional details in the post. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
