The Gulfport Police Department is asking the public for help locating Deshawn Marques Reed, 21, who is wanted on an active felony warrant for a drive-by shooting, the department said.
Reed is described as a 21-year-old Black male, about 5-foot-11 and weighing 260 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and black facial hair, and officers say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information about Reed’s whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers by downloading the P3 Tips app or by calling TIPS, the department said. Cash rewards are available for information that leads to a felony arrest, but the department said tips must be submitted directly through Crime Stoppers to qualify for a reward.
Crime Stoppers programs generally allow members of the public to submit anonymous tips to law enforcement and may offer financial rewards in qualifying cases.
