The Mississippi Department of Public Safety announced the arrests of 12 individuals in connection with the September 7, 2026, shooting that claimed the life of Claiborne County Deputy Terrian Bailey.
The department said the arrests resulted from an extensive investigation and a coordinated effort involving local, state and federal law enforcement partners. The investigation remains open and ongoing.

All individuals charged are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
