Gulfport police participate in TrainTastic First Responders Day
The Gulfport Police Department participated in TrainTastic First Responders Day, meeting families and interacting with children at the community event.
Department personnel answered questions, shared smiles and met children described as future first responders. The department said the event provided an opportunity to show the community the people behind the badge and build relationships outside of an emergency call.
The department thanked TrainTastic for the invitation and expressed appreciation to those who stopped by to say hello. It ended its message by encouraging people to stay safe and curious and to keep the sirens coming.
