The Gulfport Police Department announced a Cops, Pops & Pups Adoption Event scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Jones Park’s Barksdale Pavilion.
The event will include a free pet vaccine clinic offering DAPP or HCP vaccinations, as well as adoptable pets seeking homes.

Handmade popsicles will also be available during the event, according to the department’s announcement.
