Graduate student Jannik Stockfisch scored on a late second-half rebound Saturday, lifting Millsaps College to a 1-0 men’s soccer victory over LeTourneau University on Senior Day at Harper Davis Field in Jackson.
The ball deflected off the post before Stockfisch headed the rebound into the net, giving the Majors their first goal of the season. Millsaps goalkeeper Edward Steinwand made one save against the YellowJackets.

Millsaps will play again Monday against MUW in Columbus, Mississippi, with the match scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Live video and statistics will be available through gomajors.com.
