49th Mississippi Delta Blues and Heritage Festival celebrates music and tradition
The 49th Annual Mississippi Delta Blues and Heritage Festival brought blues lovers from around the world together in the heart of the Delta for a celebration of music, community, culture and tradition, according to the City of Greenville, Mississippi.
Mayor Errick D. Simmons said, “From the sounds of the Blues to the fellowship shared throughout the weekend, the festival once again reminded us that the Blues is more than music—it is our history, our heritage, and a tradition that continues to connect generations and people across the globe.”
