Sheriff’s Office names Juanita Jones Employee of Month for July
Juanita Jones was named Employee of the Month for July by the sheriff’s office, the agency said in a Facebook post. The announcement thanked Jones for her years of service and congratulated her on the recognition.
Jones has worked for the sheriff’s office since November 2016, beginning her career as a custodian. She has since held several positions, including assignments at the County Detention Facility, and currently serves as the front office receptionist at the Justice Complex.
The sheriff’s office described Jones as friendly, knowledgeable and dependable, saying she is always willing to learn and lend a helping hand wherever needed. The office said her dedication, positive attitude and willingness to step up make her an asset to its operations.
Employee of the Month programs are commonly used by public safety agencies to recognize individual contributions and boost staff morale. The sheriff’s office asked the community to join in thanking Jones for her service. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
