The Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office named Officer Michael Bailey its Employee of the Month, the agency said in a Facebook post. The office praised Bailey for his professionalism, dedication and commitment to serving both the agency and the citizens of Coahoma County.
According to the post, Bailey joined the agency in November 2025 and has repeatedly stepped in where needed, approaching every task with a positive attitude and a team-first mindset. The sheriff’s office said his sound judgment, strong work ethic and willingness to embrace new challenges have made him an invaluable member of the team.
Employee of the Month recognitions are intended to highlight outstanding performance and dedication among law enforcement personnel. The Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office is the local law enforcement agency responsible for public safety and policing in Coahoma County.
