Jackson police seek missing 14-year-old Jasmine Travis
The Jackson Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 14-year-old Jasmine Travis, who was last seen July 20, 2026, leaving a foster parents’ residence on Hartsdale Drive, the department said.
Police said Travis, a Black female, is about 5-foot-2 and weighs 120 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and was wearing a white tank top when she left around 2 p.m. with an unknown Black male driving a red Ford Mustang. She has not returned home.
The Jackson Police Department is the municipal law enforcement agency responsible for public safety in the city it serves and routinely issues alerts when juveniles are missing to enlist public assistance. Missing juvenile cases are typically treated as time-sensitive because young people can be at greater risk, and investigators often ask anyone with information or relevant video to come forward.
