Organizers of First Responders of MS announced that the event scheduled for Saturday, April 18, at the Rankin County Safe Room & Convention Center has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the group said in a Facebook post.
The post said anyone who has already registered will not have to re-register once the event is rescheduled and thanked attendees for their patience and understanding.
First Responders of MS organizes gatherings aimed at supporting emergency personnel, volunteers and public safety partners across Mississippi. Events like this typically offer training, information-sharing and networking that communities and local agencies use to coordinate response and preparedness efforts.
