The Tunica County Sheriff’s Office expressed grief for Deputy Bailey’s family, loved ones and the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office in a post mourning the loss of the deputy.
The office said it stood with law enforcement officers grieving the loss and acknowledged the sacrifice associated with wearing a badge. The post included a quotation from John 15:13: “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.”
