Tunica County deputies seek suspects after two homes are shot into

The Tunica County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help identifying two people captured on video after two residences were shot into in Tunica’s Old Subdivision.

The office said it received a 911 call about shots fired at approximately 4:12 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Edwards Avenue and Freemont Street. Deputies responded and collected more than 90 spent shell casings at the scene.

Because senior citizens live in one of the residences, the Sheriff’s Office said it will seek enhanced charges related to the incident. The investigation remains active and ongoing.

Anyone who can help identify either person may be eligible for a $1,000 reward per suspect. Information can be provided to CrimeStoppers at 662-910-0400.
