The Oxford Police Department said a cooling station on East Jackson next to City Hall is staffed by emergency medical personnel for people who become too hot or need medical assistance.
The department also directed people seeking medical assistance to the Safe Site Tent across from Funky’s or the cooling station next to City Hall.
