Isaias remnants to bring tropical-storm winds and flooding threats to Mid-South

Remnants of Hurricane Isaias are expected to affect much of the Mid-South tomorrow, according to the US National Weather Service in Memphis, Tennessee.

Portions of northeastern Mississippi are under a Tropical Storm Warning, with tropical-storm-force winds anticipated. A Wind Advisory will take effect elsewhere for wind gusts of 40 mph or higher.

A Flood Watch remains in effect east of the Mississippi River as the system moves through the region.
