Uber offers free rides to Mississippi evacuation shelters

Uber announced it is offering free round-trip rides, up to $40 each way, to and from open, state-approved evacuation shelters in Mississippi.

To redeem the offer, riders must open the Uber app, select Account, tap Wallet, choose “+ Add Promo Code” and enter ISAIAS26 before requesting a ride. Rides must be requested through the app to a shelter listed by the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency at www.msema.org/shelters-and-safe-rooms.

The promotion provides a maximum discount of $40 per redemption and is limited to two trips per account. Taxes, fees and tips are covered when the Uber voucher exceeds the total order amount. The offer is non-transferable and subject to change or cancellation.
