Presley powers Toppers to series win, earns SSAC Player of the Week again
Montgomery, Ala. — Cody Presley continued to be a driving force for Blue Mountain Christian, earning SSAC Baseball Player of the Week honors again after a dominant week at the plate.
Presley helped the Toppers win three of four games, including a conference series over Faulkner, and finished the week with a .533 batting average, 14 total bases, two home runs and 10 RBIs. He delivered in key moments and provided a spark offensively for the team.
“Cody is the kind of player every lineup needs. He’s consistent, he competes every at-bat, and he thrives in big moments. What stood out this week wasn’t just the numbers—it was how he elevated the guys around him. When he’s locked in like this, he changes the game for us,” said Head Coach Taylor Clark.
