Jackson State enters Stats Perform FCS Top 25 at No. 25

Jackson State entered the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 at No. 25 after defeating Southern 35-17 in its Southwestern Athletic Conference opener. The Tigers are 4-0 overall and 1-0 in SWAC play, making their first appearance in the rankings after receiving votes last week.

Jackson State is scheduled to travel to Mobile, Alabama, on Saturday for the Gulf Coast Challenge against Alabama A&M at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
