Blue Mountain Christian men’s soccer defeated Central Baptist College 2-1 in non-conference action at The Summit, returning to the win column and improving to 4-1-3 on the season.
The Toppers controlled the attack, holding a 23-3 advantage in shots and a 10-1 edge in shots on goal. Blue Mountain Christian also earned seven corner kicks to Central Baptist’s two.

Dipanda Silva Jr. opened the scoring at 24:52 with assists from Davi Vieira and Guilherme Aguiar, sending Blue Mountain Christian into halftime with a 1-0 lead.
Santiago Estebanez doubled the advantage at 66:51 with what proved to be the game-winning goal. Central Baptist’s Mackenzie Vincent scored in the 87th minute on an assist from Jack McNamara, but the Toppers held on for the victory.
