Mississippi State Fair to offer free brisket biscuits to military members

Veterans and active-duty military members will receive complimentary brisket biscuits at this year’s 167th Mississippi State Fair, Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce Andy Gipson announced.

The promotion, conducted in partnership with the Mississippi Beef Council, will be held at the Biscuit Booth on the Midway. Eligible attendees can show a military ID when entering the fair to receive a wristband.

They can then present the wristband at the Biscuit Booth to receive a complimentary Brisket Biscuit from the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce and the Mississippi Beef Council.
