Groundbreaking held for nearly $13 million Yellow Creek Port project

A groundbreaking was held for the Yellow Creek Port expansion and rehabilitation project in Tishomingo County, according to Tate Reeves’ Facebook post.

The nearly $13 million project will expand and rehabilitate the wharf, improve the rail and loading area that supports it, and significantly increase the port’s ability to move materials.
