Tupelo police ask public to identify shoplifting suspects

TUPELO, Mississippi — Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi and the Tupelo Police Department are asking the public to help identify people involved in a reported shoplifting incident that occurred April 28, 2026, in Tupelo, authorities said. Police released photos of the suspects and asked anyone who recognizes them or has information to contact Crime Stoppers.

Tips can be submitted by calling 800-773-TIPS or by using the P3 Tip app, Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi said. The organization said it may pay up to $2,000 for a tip that leads to an arrest, and tipsters can remain anonymous.

Crime Stoppers programs are community-based efforts that work with local law enforcement to encourage anonymous tips and help solve crimes. Local police rely on public assistance in investigations such as shoplifting, which can affect retailers, employees and consumers in the community.
