The Biloxi Police Department on June 9 asked the public to help identify two women shown in video and images allegedly taking an item displayed for sale without paying in the 700 block of Howard Avenue on April 16, 2026.
The department released the request through its public information office and listed Officer Newell as a division contact at (228) 351-0491. The release carries reference number 260404999.
