Silo Square holds 4th annual Blues for the Blue benefit May 9

Silo Square will host the fourth annual Blues for the Blue Crawfish & Blues Festival on May 9, 2026, the organizers said. The event will feature crawfish, live music, a Touch-A-Truck display and on-site drinks, and all proceeds will go to the Southaven Police Department and DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office Benevolence Funds.

Organizers said a flash sale is under way offering discounted tickets through May 3. Separate ticket links are available for law enforcement and non-law enforcement attendees: https://silosquarefoundation.square.site/ and https://www.silosquarems.com/blues-for-the-blue.

Benefit events such as this typically raise funds that support officers and their families in times of need through benevolence funds. Touch-A-Truck activities offer residents a chance to see and learn about emergency and service vehicles up close, and community festivals often serve as both social gatherings and local fundraising opportunities.

Silo Square has held the festival annually; this is the fourth year. The event provides a way for residents to support local law enforcement departments while attending a community celebration. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
