Hattiesburg police seek help identifying auto burglary, credit card fraud suspect

The Hattiesburg Police Department is asking the public to help identify an individual pictured in connection with an auto burglary and credit card fraud that occurred July 18, 2026, the department said.

Police said the vehicle burglary occurred in the 2000 block of Weeping Willow Circle and that a credit card taken during the incident was later used in the 6000 block of Hardy Street.

The department posted the request for information on its Facebook page and asked anyone who recognizes the individual or has information about the case to call Hattiesburg Police at 601-544-7900 or contact Crime Stoppers. Anonymous tips may also be submitted at P3Tips.com.

Hattiesburg is a city in southeastern Mississippi. Law enforcement agencies often seek public assistance in property and financial crimes to identify suspects and recover stolen items. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
