Corinth police host blood drive June 3

Corinth Police Department is hosting a blood drive Wednesday, June 3, from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the department parking lot at 2837 S. Harper Road in Corinth, Mississippi, the department said in a Facebook post.

A Vitalant bloodmobile will be on site to collect donations. The post said donors who give blood in June can receive a $15 rewards gift card through Vitalant by using the code JUNEGIFT-2026-V. Organizers provided the blood drive code battlecorinth for the event.

To schedule an appointment, the post directs people to call 877-25-VITAL or visit vitalant.org. Vitalant is a nonprofit blood services provider that works with hospitals and community partners to supply blood products.

Blood donations often decline during summer months, making local drives important to maintain hospital inventories. Corinth Police encouraged residents to participate, saying every donation can make a life-saving difference. For more information, contact Vitalant or the Corinth Police Department.
