Bay St. Louis police are seeking Edward Birkla, 44, in connection with a motor vehicle theft, the department said. Authorities released a physical description and asked the public to report any information on his whereabouts.
Birkla is described as 6-foot-1 and about 200 pounds with brown eyes, long brown hair and a beard. His last known address was in Biloxi, the department said.
Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers by downloading the P3 Tips app or by calling Crime Stoppers’ tip line. To qualify for a reward, the information must come through Crime Stoppers, the department said. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
