Northeast Mississippi Community College celebrates Adult Education & Family Literacy Week

Northeast Mississippi Community College is celebrating Adult Education & Family Literacy Week this week, recognizing students pursuing goals, building skills and creating new opportunities.

This year’s theme is “Let’s Go, Mississippi!” Adult Education is described as more than earning a high school equivalency, serving as a pathway to college, a career and a brighter future.

The college said students taking the next step should know that their hard work matters and their future is worth it. The post included the hashtag #MovingForward.
