Big Ideas, Inc. visited 10th-grade students at Baldwyn High School with immersive activities focused on skilled trades and career pathways.
Students used augmented- and virtual-reality experiences, WoodED carpentry tables and transfer sets to complete hands-on tasks and explore how their education could connect to future careers.

The visit was part of the initiative’s second year and was made possible through partnerships involving the Toyota Wellspring Education Fund, a fund of CREATE Foundation, the Tennessee Valley Authority and Toyota USA.
The partners’ stated goal is to expose and prepare students for living-wage opportunities through career guidance and education-to-career pathways.
