New Albany High School students build models of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells

Mrs. Kent’s Genetics students at New Albany High School built models of different cell types as they applied lessons on the similarities and differences between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.

During the activity, students identified the structures that make each cell type unique. They worked together, stayed engaged and created models that demonstrated what they had learned, according to New Albany High School.

The school said it was proud of the students’ hard work, focus and effort during the activity.
