Baldwyn High School senior Wyatt Roberts shadowed at Baldwyn Tool & Die CO under the direction of owner Brian Hogue, a Baldwyn High School alumnus.
The company specializes in industrial machinery, special dies and tools, die sets, jigs and fixtures, and industrial molds.

Roberts said the experience introduced him to tool and die as a potential career field. He observed workplace processes and performed tasks under supervision. He credited Hogue, Baldwyn Tool and Die staff and career coach Molly Goodson for arranging and supporting the experience.
