Gautier police arrest Foxworth man after reported domestic violence stabbing

Gautier police arrested and charged Christian Starks, 32, of Foxworth, with Domestic Violence—Aggravated Assault after a reported stabbing at The Crossings at Ladnier, 2020 Ladnier Road, the department said.

Officers responded at about 6 a.m. on September 20, 2026. A preliminary investigation determined that a 27-year-old victim sustained stab wounds during a domestic violence incident and was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Police said Starks fled before officers arrived. Responding officers searched the surrounding area and found him allegedly attempting to force entry into a nearby residence. He was taken into custody without further incident.
