The Starkville Police Department says clear bags are required Friday and Saturday nights in connection with its safety zone and rideshare pickup and drop-off area in Starkville’s Cotton District.
The zone operates from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The department said the arrangement is designed to support public safety in high-traffic areas.
