Lauderdale County Road and Bridge crews will close the 2000 block of Old 8th Street Road between Sneed Road and West Adams Road while replacing a cross pipe.
The closure is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible, slow down, use extreme caution and watch for construction crews and equipment. Drivers should plan for possible traffic delays and congestion.
