Greenville mayor urges residents to turn kindness into action

Mayor Errick D. Simmons is encouraging Greenville residents to mark National Love People Day by putting kindness and love into action.

In a message from the City of Greenville, Simmons urged people to say something kind, do something thoughtful and act with love. He said a kind word can lift someone’s spirit, a thoughtful act can change a person’s day and showing love can strengthen the community.
