Hinds County Sheriff’s Office thanks Pinelake Church for camp support
The Hinds County Sheriff’s Office on its Facebook page thanked MHP Col. Chris Gillard (Ret.) and Pinelake Church for their support of the agency and the Youth Warriors Summer Camp.
The post said the group’s generosity included a luncheon at Char and gift cards provided to every deputy and staffer who assisted, reflecting what the sheriff’s office called a strong commitment to service, partnership and community investment.
Hinds County Sheriff’s Office is the primary law enforcement agency serving Hinds County, Mississippi, which includes the state capital, Jackson. Pinelake Church is a Mississippi-based congregation; local faith and civic groups often collaborate with law enforcement on youth and community programs.
The sheriff’s office said it is grateful for the continued collaboration and the impact the support has on deputies, youth and county residents. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
