No. 8 Ole Miss hosts No. 7 LSU in top-10 matchup
No. 8 Ole Miss, which is 2-0, will host No. 7 LSU in a top-10 matchup at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford. Head coach Pete Golding will lead the Rebels against the Tigers.
The game is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Central time. The matchup will be broadcast on ABC and streamed through the ESPN App.
The meeting will be the 115th all-time between Ole Miss and LSU, a series that dates to 1894. LSU is Ole Miss’ second-most played opponent, behind Mississippi State, which is scheduled to reach 122 meetings with the Rebels on Nov. 27.
It is the first time since 1962 that both teams have been ranked in the top 10 of the Associated Press poll.
