Tate Reeves praises momentum at Mississippi GOP gala
Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves said in a Facebook post that he and his wife, Elee, enjoyed attending the Mississippi Republican Party’s 2026 Lincoln-Reagan-Trump Gala and told supporters that “Mississippi has momentum” because “conservative policies work.”
Reeves said the gala provided an opportunity to visit with “so many friends – and true patriots – from across our state,” reflecting a common theme at party gatherings of unity and support for conservative priorities. He posted the remarks on his official Facebook page.
The Lincoln-Reagan-Trump Gala is part of the Mississippi Republican Party’s calendar of events that bring together elected officials, activists and donors. Such events typically serve as forums for organizing, messaging and fundraising as parties prepare for upcoming election cycles, including 2026.
Reeves said his message at the gala was simple: that the state is “stronger than ever” and that party leaders will keep fighting for conservative values. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
