Former Tupelo Councilman Fred Pitts drops off cigars for officers’ New Year celebration

Former Tupelo City Councilman Fred Pitts visited Monday and delivered cigars to officers to celebrate the New Year, the Tupelo Police Department said.

The department also thanked Tupelo Smokes Cigar Club and Spring Street Cigars for their support.
