CTED promotes multiple officers in agency announcement
An agency post on its Facebook page congratulated officers of the CTED division on recent promotions, naming several personnel and their new assignments.
The post identified the promoted officers as Master Sergeant Cody Crum, CTED Troop F; Master Sergeant Justin Thomas, CTED Troop H; Master Sergeant Joseph Ayers, CTED Special Operations Group; Lieutenant Michael Recio, CTED Troop C District Supervisor; Lieutenant Dustin McGee, CTED Special Operations Group; and Major Andrew Dellapenna, CTED director of administrative and special operations.
Promotions within law enforcement agencies recognize experience and leadership and help ensure continuity in operations and oversight. CTED, identified in the agency message as a distinct division, oversees specialized duties carried out by its troops and special operations group.
