Meridian Bud & Burgers postponed, rescheduled for Nov. 5

Meridian Bud & Burgers has been postponed because of weather expected from Hurricane Isaias, according to the City of Meridian-Government.

The event is now scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 5, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Meridian City Hall Lawn. Organizers said the Thursday date revives a tradition from when Bud & Burgers began 11 years ago.

People who already purchased tickets can request a refund if the new date does not work for them. The event will benefit Love’s Kitchen in Downtown Meridian.
