Starkville seeks vendors for National Night Out

Starkville is inviting businesses and organizations to reserve vendor space for National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Starkville Sportsplex on Lynn Lane, a Facebook post said.

The post said the event, which emphasizes building connections between neighbors and law enforcement, will feature free food, games and family activities. Organizers ask that interested groups refrain from selling items; vendor space is intended for information tables and community engagement.

Those interested in donating, volunteering or hosting a table should contact Corporal Kenya Bibbs at 662-769-0971 or k.bibbs@cityofstarkville.org, the post said. The announcement did not specify a registration deadline or fees.

National Night Out is an annual community-police building campaign observed across the country to promote neighborhood safety and stronger relationships with law enforcement. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
