Starkville Driver Service Bureau closes June 15–21 for relocation

The Starkville Driver Service Bureau said on its Facebook page that it will be closed June 15–21 while it relocates and sets up a new office.

The bureau said the office will reopen at 8:00 a.m. June 22 at 11355 MS 25 in Starkville. The post said, “We appreciate the public’s patience during this time.”

Online services remain available at the Mississippi Department of Public Safety website, dps.ms.gov, the bureau said. Customers who rely on in-person services are advised to plan ahead and use online options where possible.

Driver service bureaus typically handle driver licensing, identification cards and other motor vehicle services, and temporary closures can delay transactions that require in-person processing. Residents who need urgent assistance should check the bureau’s social media or the state DPS site for updates.
