JACKSON, Miss. — The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday issued a Silver Alert for Ramon Viveale Davis Jr., 20, who was reported missing after being seen Friday, May 8, about 6:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Old Canton Road in Hinds County walking in an unknown direction, the agency said.
Davis is described as 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and long dreads. Authorities said he was last seen wearing a yellow or tan hoodie, black shorts with white writing and black Nike slides.
Family members told authorities that Davis has a medical condition that may impair his judgment, officials said. The Silver Alert system is typically used to help locate missing adults who may have cognitive or medical issues that put them at risk.
