FRANKLIN COUNTY, Miss. — Authorities continue searching for Lottie “Elaine” Myers, 73, a Pike County woman who disappeared Oct. 28, 2024, after leaving her home in Summit, investigators said. She was last seen about 1:47 p.m. that day in the 2000 block of Willis Cotton Road driving a silver 2015 Jeep Cherokee with Mississippi license plate PJ1 091.
Myers’ vehicle was later found abandoned on McCall Creek Road in Franklin County, and investigators said she was believed to have been seen walking along McCall Creek Road in an unknown direction. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation issued a Silver Alert Oct. 29, 2024, saying Myers suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, which impairs her judgment.
Myers is described as a white woman with brown hair and brown eyes, approximately 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing between 150 and 170 pounds. She was last seen wearing faded knee-length blue jean shorts and a gray T-shirt, authorities said. Multiple law enforcement agencies have searched the McCall Creek Road area without locating her.
