Oxford Police Department hosts FBI-LEEDA Supervisor Leadership Institute in November
Oxford Police Department will host the FBI-LEEDA Supervisor Leadership Institute Nov. 16–20, 2026, the department said in a Facebook post. The four-and-a-half-day seminar will take place at the Oxford Police Department headquarters at 9 Industrial Park Drive in Oxford, Mississippi.
According to the post, law enforcement supervisors and leaders will attend sessions focused on strengthening leadership skills and professional development. Registration is open, and interested participants can scan the QR code on the department’s flyer or contact Roman Sones at rsones@oxfordpolice.net for more information.
FBI-LEEDA is a national organization that provides leadership training and development programs for law enforcement managers and supervisors. Such courses typically address topics like ethical decision-making, organizational leadership and supervisory responsibilities, which agencies say can improve management practices and community policing.
