OUT buses resume service from Master Lease after hazardous roads

OUT said in a Facebook post Wednesday that after hazardous road conditions prevented service earlier, its buses are now able to safely resume operations from Master Lease locations.

Beginning Wednesday, Jan. 28, the company said buses will run a continuous loop to the Student Union and Walmart from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The post said the Revel route remains unavailable because of limited road access caused by ongoing power line work and will resume as soon as the area is accessible.

The resumption restores scheduled stops that serve common destinations for riders and reflects a decision to prioritize safety amid difficult winter driving and utility repairs. Road and infrastructure issues frequently force transit adjustments, affecting commuters, employees and customers who rely on regular service.

We will provide more information as it becomes available.
