The North Bay Civitan Club of D’Iberville & St. Martin is collecting teddy bears to donate to the Gautier Police Department and the Gautier Fire Department, the club said in a Facebook post.
Civitan International-affiliated clubs typically focus on community service and charitable projects, often supporting local first responders and vulnerable residents. Local Civitan chapters organize drives and volunteer events to meet needs identified in their communities.
