MBI issues Silver Alert for missing Horn Lake woman
The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation on Monday issued a Silver Alert for a 58-year-old Horn Lake woman who may be traveling in a black pickup, the agency said.
MBI identified the woman as Ellen Ladean Reaux and described her as 5-foot-8, about 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, according to the alert. Reaux was last seen Saturday, April 25, at about 2:42 p.m. in the 100 block of Star Landing in DeSoto County, MBI said.
Authorities said Reaux was driving south on Highway 51 and investigators believe she may be in a 2018 black Ram 1500 with Mississippi tag DE1361. Family members told authorities that Reaux has a medical condition that may impair her judgment, MBI said.
Anyone who sees Reaux is asked to call the Horn Lake Police Department at (662) 392-6174, ext. 1, or to call 911. Silver Alerts are public notifications used to help locate missing older adults or adults with cognitive impairments.
This is a developing story and will be updated as more details emerge.
